For service calls and ‘time and material’ service work, the billing during normal business hours (9am-5pm) applies.
Minimum and Special Rates
The minimum service charge, which is to be paid in full at time of appointment, is $90.00 per hour plus the service charge of $35.00 for a total of $125 for the first hour.

- Additional time is billed in 1/2 hour increments.
- After-hour and emergency service are outside of normal business hours and will be billed at time-and-a-half or $135 per hour plus the $35 service charge for a total of $170 for the first hour.
- Additional time is billed at 1/2 hour increments of $67.50 per 1/2 hour. All materials, permits and fees, including any parking, must be paid in full by the client at the time of the service call.
- Time and 1/2 overtime begins after 8 hours or after 5pm and including all holidays and weekends.
