How We Work With You

The process of working with clients usually begins when the client decides it’s time to seek the help of a professional electrician with their commercial or residential electrical project need. Filling out the request for service form will facilitate a speedy response in getting your desired needs met.

From the time you contact us through the online service or via phone, we will get right to work providing the most timely and efficient service for your money. We do our absolute best to provide you with highest-quality service.

The Quote or Estimate Process

The process of creating a custom service quote may begin with the online quote request form. After our electrical professionals review the online form, we will promptly follow-up with you via email or phone to determine the best way to quote your project. In some cases, a phone-call may be requested to clarify any questions or possibly to schedule a time to meet and inspect your project or specific needs. A “Service-Quotation” must be done in person by a professional electrician, examining site conditions in order to give an accurate estimate. Some work can be quoted without a site visit, based on accurate descriptions provided by the client.

Service Quotation

Our ground breaking “Service-Quotation” call will provide you a minimum of 1-hour of quality service and expertise. Our licensed service professionals will walk you through the work to be provided and give you a complete estimate in writing before any work begins.

You can expect a friendly, clean and knowledgeable field technician. We come prepared to do the work you require and leave your home or place of business in a clean state at the end of the service call.

Please keep in mind that if a site visit is required by your project to give a complete “Service-Quotation” this is considered a service call as we are scheduling a mutually agreed upon time to meet with you – just as we would if we were there to provide service or to do an installation. All site visits required to complete “Service-Quotation” have a 1-hour minimum.  The services and materials provided during any “Service-Quotation” call are to be paid in full at the time of the service call.

No Surprise Costs

If there are hidden site conditions, damage or problems we could not see when we gave you the estimated cost, we’ll give you change order in writing for your approval before we  proceed any further.

All of the work we do, and the materials we purchase, have our 1-year guarantee.
